The Limeburn Hill Winery project was an opportunity to express organic and biodynamic production, local production, climatic responsiveness, and environmental future-proofing.

 

Located on a Biodynamic Vineyard site on the outskirts of Bristol, the proposed winery integrates cosmic cycles and patterns to influence the building's shape and generated views across the building.

Proposed as a bi-functional building the functions as a wine-making building as well as a visitors centre with key design aspects considered for merging and separating the two functions.
